Women Leaders in College Sports and NFL Executive Scott Pioli announced the "Scott, Dallas and Mia Pioli Family Endowed HBCU Scholarship" in 2019, which marked the organization's first endowment and it came at a historical milestone for the organization as Women Leaders celebrated its 40th Anniversary.

In support of the Women Leaders Women of Color Commitment, the "Scott, Dallas and Mia Pioli Family HBCU Scholarship" is awarded annually to seven women who demonstrate commitment to intercollegiate athletics and have a desire to advance in athletic administration. This scholarship will be awarded to a woman working in athletics at an HBCU or who graduated from an HBCU.

The recipient of this scholarship must demonstrate a commitment to intercollegiate athletics and the student-athlete; support advancing and advocating for diversity within college athletics; and have a need for financial assistance.

For consideration, applicants must complete an application form, which includes a brief essay (500 words or less) that addresses her professional goals and how Women Leaders membership can help her achieve them.
